Good Food
In 1969 Bar Du Musée opened as a tiny French bistro on Nelson Road, Greenwich, with the motto "Fine Wine and Good Food". Today the bistro may have grown into a successful restaurant and nightspot but we hold true to that original concept with a delicious and unpretentious menu that changes with the seasons, and a selection of good value international wine. Bar Du Musée's anonymous fronting keeps it somewhat of a hidden secret in Greenwich. However the front section opens up into a large, recently refurbished conservatory area with an eclectic mix of furniture. Flooded with natural light, it's the perfect setting for dinner, drinks or a casual Saturday or Sunday brunch. In the evenings there is a fluid transition from wine bar, to restaurant, to late bar. Outside, split level decking provides an ideal seating area for a sunny day or balmy evening. In summer we fire up the barbeque, serving fresh burgers all day.
